PRODUCT + PLACE

Retail and product collaborations

Introduce a product in a space where it belongs.

Choose a format before choosing a space

Retail collaborations can range from a single afternoon tasting to a temporary product showcase. Decide whether your main goal is direct sales, discovery, customer feedback or content. That choice determines the display, staffing and partner you need.

Show what the retailer gains

A relevant new product can give regular visitors a reason to return. An event can introduce a different audience to the shop. Explain the contribution your brand can make, including promotion, samples, trained staff or a distinctive customer experience.

Clarify stock and sales responsibilities

For any sales arrangement, discuss pricing, stock ownership, payment timing, returns, damaged goods and how sales will be recorded. PopUpCollab does not process payments or manage inventory. Members agree and operate these arrangements directly.

Make your opportunity easy to assess

Include the city, type of space, duration, footprint and commercial expectations. Add what your product needs, such as refrigeration, power or supervision. A precise brief helps a suitable partner respond with a useful proposal.
